In the proposals for our tours, we recommend the bike that is best suited for the route, but you are free to choose the one you like the most.

We take care of everything, you just need to book the bike. Upon your arrival, we will provide you with the bike with a bag to carry your personal belongings, a repair kit in case of a puncture, a helmet for your safety, a phone holder for navigation, and a lock for you to enjoy a break in peace. We always recommend appropriate clothing for the season and activity you will be doing.

We are at your disposal to help you choose the route that best suits your abilities, time, and most importantly, your desires.

By car, follow the signs for Treviso city center, recommended exit from the A27 Treviso Sud highway. You will find a very large free parking lot in Prato Fiera just a few meters from us.

By train, from Treviso Centrale station, follow the signs for the E4 cycle path and the course of the Sile river on foot, and you will find our headquarters in about 15 minutes.

No problem, we can refund the amount paid or provide you with a voucher of equal value for a future rental if the cancellation occurs before the start of the rental. We are experienced meteorologists ;) and we will advise you for the best.

First, identify the type of problem. If you are not able to understand the problem, don’t worry, just call or video call us, and we will provide you with all the assistance possible online. In case of a puncture, you can use the provided repair kit. We will explain its operation and method of use before departure. If the breakdown is more serious and does not allow you to continue the tour, we will try to provide you with the maximum possible assistance, even considering replacing the bike with a functioning one to allow you to continue your tour or a recovery service to take you back to your destination or starting point.

Your friends are our friends. We have availability of carts and baskets suitable for their transport, which can be booked directly together with the bike.

Ask us for advice, and we will indicate which tour to take. Our bikes are available for rent with a child seat or trailer suitable for transporting children, so the whole family can spend a day immersed in nature. If there are young cyclists in the family, then book a bike for them following the instructions on our website for height/age.

Our pedal-assisted bikes also allow people of a certain age to spend a day immersed in nature. Outdoor activities are good for everyone, young and old.

You will find refreshment points indicated in our routes. However, we recommend that you bring water and food, as they may not always be available. We are available to advise you…
